They have been awful to work with. I have had no answers or work done on my vehicle for a week! Still waiting on it to be diagnosed, much less repaired. What a headache. I would give them a zero if I could.

Did not check what I wanted checked. Told me I needed front-end alignment wearing tires on inside. I just bought tires day before. Then DID NOT LOOK. Will not be using them again.

Horrible customer service from the shop foreman speaking down to customers as if they are children and like to bring their cars to the shop for fun.

It took them the entire day for an oil change. When I picked up the following day they didn’t close the hood nor did they put the oil cap back on.

When I went to get my car, they had removed all the lower parts that protect the car from a 2021 Explorer and they gave them to me to put them on, they did not fix the recalls and they left me without a car for 1 month
