My 2018 Ford Transit Connect has been a disappointment. It has had a gear shifter recall, a complete transmission failure that had to be replaced at 30K miles and dealership had the vehicle for one month, and a HCU, Hydraulic Control Unit failure that just cost me $4K with repair and rental car because dealership did not have a loaner car. Had my tires installed on my rims. Picked up after they installed everything. Installed on my vehicle to find they put 15 lbs of air. How do you balance tires with that low pressure. I air tires up and drove back to have the tires rebalanced. No discount for my troubles. Thanks

Extremely pleasant when you first drop off your vehicle, then it becomes a money grab. Last time I was in there, I was told that my rear brakes need to be redone and needed new rotors. because I have a work vehicle, I left my personal vehicle parked instead of doing the brakes right away. One year later, I go to the dealership to have the brakes done and they told me they are fine. I also brought it in for the concern of coolant, boiling out of my coolant reservoir. I felt like I was bait and switched. The service advisor gave me a ballpark figure of $200 to $600. My final bill was $3,097. It seemed I was paying because your techs didn't know how to disassemble my car without breaking xxxx.

I had an issue with my car and turned out it involved a recalled part. When I brought my car in the salesman said I wasn't in the system and I felt dismissed by him and went back n forth with him as my car had been there many times in the past well as another one of my cars PRIOR to the renovation. I dropped my car off on a sat morning and also mentioned another issue I had. The salesman said we couldn't address the other issue today. My car was in service for over 2 1/2 months total. After supposedly replacing transmission the problem was considerably worse. However they refused to admit that jerking and hesitation were not a normal transmission activity. The transmission expert was very condescending to me. So disgusted with the service we got rid of the vehicle and bought one with a smooth transmission. Ford returned our vehicle with almost 300 extra miles, filthy and no gas. Couldn’t be more displeased.

Jerked us around by saying we had warranty coverage when we didn't. Kept out car for 3 weeks and would not give us a rental or loaner.

Poor customer service, No follow up,No communication. First Stephanie was never available . She never returned a call until this past Monday November 27th. The truck was dropped off Friday November 17. Both myself and my husband was calling and o the run arounds . I also left a message on the service managers voicemail on Monday, November 27 and to this day I have not received a returned call.
