This was a highly disappointing and unacceptable customer service experience. I received three different quotes with no transparency or explanation of the differences, which raises serious concerns about consistency and integrity. Communication throughout the process was poor, with no proactive updates provided unless I repeatedly followed up. Every time I schedule an appointment, something does not go as their scheduler promises. I request a car each time and both times have requested a call back from the supervisor to approve and confirm a rental car was available. Showed up, an hour away from my home, and no car was available. And yes, after not hearing from anybody about a rental being available, I did call multiple times prior to showing up.

Bad wasted my time Need to do the job right the first time and not make customers come back because of dealership mistake

They charged me $500 to fix a problem. Misdiagnosed. Had to go back. Another $1200. Same problem. Still not fixed. Had to go back and demand another repair for zero dollars. 3 visits for one problem.

Took my truck to repair left rear tire pressure sensor. This was done, and 2 days later my left front tire sensor failed. Prior to this, I had my truck in to replace right front sensor. Seems to happen only when we have below freezing overnight. With temps having warmed up recently, all sensors appear to be working now.

I brought my truck to the dealership to diagnose an issue I got a call about a week later, stating that it was my catalytic converters The problem was the truck didn't have catalytic converters Once I let the tech know that I got Callback about two days later, saying that it was my turbos or the entire exhaust system I took it to a second dairy mechanic and he diagnosed it within 24 hours and it was the coil connectors. nothing related to anything to Dealership said We replaced the coil connectors, and it has completely fixe... read more
