Dropped my vehicle off on Thursday evening for an early Friday appt. It was not looked at until Monday. No calls from service department about the delay.

Sales manager and finance manager both tricked and scammed me into a deal with different price. Be careful and make sure the final number is what you agreed with sales person/manager before signing!!!

Do not let them trick you. These people will lie to you multiple times to get you to come waste gas and time to come in. We used a service through USAA that uses true car for pricing at dealers. We saw a ranger that seemed to good to be true. So we called and asked. The sales manager Alan says it is true. Then a sales guy named Gene Diehm called and we asked again if it was true and he said it was. We described the vehicle to them to be sure and they said yes. POOR EXPERIENCE Poor experience overall. Seriously could never recommend this dealership. They advertise one price and you end up paying another. All customers want is transparent pricing, but that's not how they do business. You think you know the price but the manager apologies for the misinformation and tells you the price is 5k more and they also don't follow up in a timely fashion. BUYER BEWARE

Derek was fantastic to work with, however the financing was less than desirable. It actually was unethical what took place, but my wife and decided to let it go.

poor service This dealership had the worst service I have ever experienced. they almost sold my car out from under me. They also failed to give me a service report even after asking 4 times!
