My salesman did not help me set up the vehicle nor the FordPass. I went back the next day and he didn’t have time
I have been there twice for the sameIssue and no I have been there twice for the same Issue and no solution yet!! From day 1 the brakes make a horrible noise and they fix it for a couple of days and comes back.

I will NEVER buy a car from the Buford Ford Dealership, nor would i recommend to my worst enemy. I bought a car, 3 days later the cars water pump went out, they were not understanding or professional at all. They were very, "you get what you get "about it. All they are trying to do is get your money and man did i get scammed. These people have no integrity or morals and it shows. Trust me, lesson learned.
They did not look at what i needed. Then told me i needed front end allinment that was wearing inside of tires. Just got tired day before i took it in. They never look at anything. I paid $170 for car wash.
Twice I have been here for my new car and the rattling issue has not been fixed yet. I have pointed out specifically where the rattling noice came from but... Instead, they looked at other parts of my car and lied to me they have fixed the issue. Now I’m stuck with rattling noice making New car(2020 mustang) which cant even be fixed by Ford.
There should be Lemon Laws for dealerships. MOGF would certainly qualify. Bought a new Ranger there for an OK but not great price. I conceded that as I don't buy new vehicles often so I'm not good at the "game". However,I am pleased with the Ranger so far. Issues: Paperwork left behind in the truck indicated it had been loaned out as a demo. Didn't realize this until after the "deal". Already had 300 miles on it. Dealership experience overall was good, fairly quick and easy. But the car I was sold had a bent wheel, something the dealership was clearly trying to hide & that I didn’t discover until a few days after I had purchased the car. I understand I bought it “as-is” but that’s just bad business and I will not be visiting this dealership again or recommending any one else to.
Simple oil change and tire rotation is too expensive. It’s not even competitive with other places. I cannot see myself constantly paying 80.00 for such service. I will look for better price in future
My Customer service representative, Bre Matthews, was REALLY nice. But everything they said was wrong with my car was wrong. I took it to another dealer and the items that needed repairing were not what was said was wrong with my car (the clutch).
