Never handled paperwork properly! Place is a joke and handled transactions poorly turned in lease only to find out never turned in paperwork to ford

Oil light comes on constantly, timing off after changing spark plugs, threatened by Sterling, water pump not installed correctly. Worst service EVER. Couldn't locate the part I needed and had to call Lincoln to get it.

I will never work with this dealership again. These people are con artists, and they do not return phone calls either! Stay as far away from this dealership as you can! There are too many other dealerships in the close vicinity that know what customer service is, which is why they have the same customers that return time after time. Unfortunately I chose to try out Buford Mall of Georgia Ford this one and only time and I am sadly paying the price!!

Oil stains on my upholstery and scratch on the outside of driver's door. Would upload pictures if this survey allowed. Disappointed. Normally I am very satisfied. The mechanic who was assigned this last time seemed to not care.

Although they were very nice and friendly. They didn’t fix my problem with my car or even make it right. Or give me a reason to come back, in all honestly. The only reason I would go back is because I know it’s a part from the dealer and it should be a good as new part. Other than that they charged me for apart they thought would fix my problem and when it didn’t they made me pay for it .
