Went in for an oil change, and left with the mechanic recommending over $600 of unnecessary repairs! Recommend brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels. Totally unnecessary. Transmission fluid flush; unnecessary. Coolant flush; unnecessary!

The sales team was absolutely amazing but the service team is the exact opposite. I went from never wanting to buy from any other dealership to never wanting another ford.

The team is very professional, however, the cam phaser repair has not resolve engine issues. The truck is going back for its third related service in Barrie ON Canada on May 5th. Very disappointed in the overall quality of the truck and the continued high volume of recalls. As far as I am concerned Ford should up the overall bumper to bumper warranty to 10 yrs 150 K miles.

Service during COVID19 I had to visit this dealer for my 15K service. To my surprise this service center is not following any guidance. I was surprised to see none of their employees were using any protective gears. No gloves, no masks etc. They treated me and my car just as in any normal day. You have to be careful if you are planning to visit this service center.

I was in the office the week prior with in my 36000 miles for an oil change. We noticed the next week there was a space in the glove box and took it in to Bufford for. We were made to believe that we purchased a platinum number to number warranty through ford. They explained that it was not covered and it would cost almost $800 dollars to repair. No options or attempt to repair the only option was replacing. We felt they could have worked with us but they declined to do so.

An infuriating experience- and I’m not even a difficult consumer! Misinformation and then lies. A free recall turned into an expensive “problem” that I was pressured into being more - and I had to go to work!

They gave me what I wanted for my truck Which was good. But the salesman new barely anything about the truck and all the extras on it and after the deal was done they seem not to care about anything else, I called them like 30 times trying to find out everything extra that was done to the truck and I always get the same answer, “” we will call you back later today.”” I had the truck for a day and I noticed there was water in the headlight so took it in to a GMC dealer in my area bc they are 3 hours away from me about a week ... read more

This dealership is a very dishonest. The knowledge of what they are selling is minimal. I went in looking for a truck that would work for towing heavy loads and that would fit my family comfortably. I was told that what they showed me would work and after the deal went through I did not get what I was promised.
