Service is unaware is what’s covered under warranty and what’s not. Had my raptor for over 30 days and still didn’t fox the issue. Tony in service has no right dealing with people as he has no people skills. Will never go back to mall of Georgia Ford.
After buying 5 vehicles from this dealership I am Not happy with cost or communication regarding what the repair issue and with the cost. Cost was high for minor repair and should have been used toward other repairs not even mentioned by service advisor.
Did not perform the service I was charged for. I sent pictures of "after" the repair to the service manager and I still have not heard back from him. Awful service. Very frustrating.
The sales people I have dealt with are fine but the managers are shady and play too many games. They also have no consideration for the customers time. Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes. I didn’t work with any of the sales people below. I had to mark someone to finish this survey and Joshua was at the top of the list. I hope this doesn’t reflect off of him, just the managers
I didn’t have a good experience. My car was there for 9 days. Got home and my car still sounds the same and I brought the car for an alert for Car Mobility Kit. She called me and said they found it to be expired. Well I got home and they didn’t even put it back in my car. I’ve called them and they don’t return my calls. A little irritated that I didn’t get it back. And the wheel is still making the same noise. They said I needed to replace the tire, so I did and it didn’t fix the issues. Overall, just a crappy experience.
I have only been to the Service Dept recently. It took nearly two hours for a routine oil change ... ridiculous. Also I did not feel sufficient safety precautions were taken. The guy that brought my car up was not wearing a Mack and did NO sanitation or wiping of any kind.
Came in for recall work and to have my sunroof looked at. Paid $140 for You to look at it to tell me the whole sunroof track needed to be replaced. Told me it was going to cost $3700 to fix it and the parts were $2500.00. There are tons of people online with the same problem so I looked myself. Had they actually looked at the sunroom they would have seen that the rails the the glass sits on were broken. Standard thing for Ford it appears. Service representative was good. The m echanics work on previous visits poor should have been caught on two previous visits during supposed 100 point inspections
