They re extremely diligent in attempts to deliver world class customer service experiences. This dealership left me feeling like I was taken care of and was treated fairly.
I bring my cars to Mall of Georgia Ford for every single service because I trust them and I think technicians are well trained
Salesman was very helpful and customer oriented. In fact, all employees we had any contact with were great. My experience was excellent and will go back when ready for another vehicle.
I could only give a 5, but honestly how I really feel, a 10+ for MANY reasons. Everytime it needs servicing they are spot on, from the service advisor Stephanie who made sure this last service was completed in just a couple of days (picked me up with an Uber when the work was finished), to Marilyn in customer service following up afterward making sure everything was good. Courteous and professional service. Took time to explain contract and what extra services were performed.
Jason was as fair as he could be. Seong & Finance are not to be trusted. The last 2 lived up to the shady reputation of the trade.
