This is one of my favorite restaurants in Grand Rapids. It has character (setting in a beautiful historic home), fabulous food, and good service. Whether you come for a special occasion or to enjoy food and conversation with family and friends, you can't beat Mangiamo's! Don't leave without trying the bruschetta, it is to die for!
Mangiamo is definitely an elegant place to get great Italian food. Delicious food, beautiful building and very romantic for those special dates.

I love the atmosphere the most. The menu could have more of a variety. Prices could be lower but, over all I like it. The guest I brought with me...Well, that's another story. They didn't like it. They thought the portions of food were too small for the price. One guest said they didn't even like the food and would not return.
Our whole dining experience was very good. Can't beat their Happy Hour prices.

Good food, wonderful atmosphere.
Food wasn't bad, but I would not consider it up to the Gilmore collections standards. Food was cold, also waited a long time to receive it, and the place was not even half full. Over all I would grade it a 3 out of 5, but compared to the rest of the Gilmore Collection(I have been to 10 of the 18)I would grade it as a 1.
