Perfect experience. Food was fantastic, service was great. The restaurant is beautiful Prices were very reasonable, a bargain really for the high-end feel of the restaurant. Will definitely be adding Mangiamo to our regular rotation. Thanks for a great anniversary dinner!
We had a pleasant birthday celebration. The food was good, the portions were large and the ambience was great. Our waitress was helpful and attentive to our needs and requests. Altogether it was a delightful evening.
Very nice location, very good food. Had a good table in a quiet corner.. But there are also spots which are very busy.. This restaurant is huge, a lot of people running around! Service and everything was perfect, no long wait, food very fresh!
A wonderful evening. The ambiance was fantastic, and the piano music in the bar made this a memorable night. Dinner was good, and it was nice to be able to order half portions. We'll be back.
- from the drinks (lemincello cosmos- amazing!) to the appetizers to the main course. Great atmosphere too. Each room of this old mansion has a different feel to it. You just have to go and experience it on your own. You will not be disappointed.
I have lived in Grand Rapids for sometime but had never been to Mangiamos. A group of us went for dinner and I guess I wasn't missing much. The drinks were great and the accordian player was a nice touch as well as a beautiful ambience. However, the food and service were sub par. I've had more flavorful pasta at an Olive Garden and the server was a bit brusque. I would recomend trying the happy hour though, the food and drink speicals seem worth it. Altogether not worth the 250$ our table spent for dinner.
We found the service and food excellent. We were courteously greeted and promptly seated. Eric the manager came to each table, greeted everyone and checked on our experience. We will defintely return.
WE had strip steak. Mine was great. Hers was very tough and fatty....did not say anything
The food was good and the service was excellent, however, the restaurant was really loud.....annoyingly loud.
