"Service" BMW Maranello fixed my 528xi. Now it runs great. They did a great job and very satisfied. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was important and drove me to work. The porter brought my car to me. Excellent service.

"Excellent Service Center" Excellent service, friendly and very knowledgable staff. The service advisor Giuliano was ready for me as soon as I arrived for my scheduled maintenance appointment. Always friendly, keeps me updated, appointment was quick and efficient. Keep up the great work and thank you for the great service.
"Slow leak run flat" Called service department explained my slow leak issue. They booked me in the next day at my convenience. Lisa took care of me and did a terrific job. She explained the whole process throughly. Since l had tire and rim protection she took care of all the paperwork and also set up a rental car. Also would like to thank Vince for all of his help. Great job guys!!! By the way Lisa has a great sense of humour....really helps with the whole customer experience.
"Car number three...." Just picked up my 3rd vehicle from Maranello, thus time working with JP, and simply wouldn't take my car purchasing anywhere else. JP was exceptional throughout, from initial search to the last of the paperwork. Would highly recommend both the dealership and JP.
