"Slow leak run flat" Called service department explained my slow leak issue. They booked me in the next day at my convenience. Lisa took care of me and did a terrific job. She explained the whole process throughly. Since l had tire and rim protection she took care of all the paperwork and also set up a rental car. Also would like to thank Vince for all of his help. Great job guys!!! By the way Lisa has a great sense of humour....really helps with the whole customer experience.
"Car number three...." Just picked up my 3rd vehicle from Maranello, thus time working with JP, and simply wouldn't take my car purchasing anywhere else. JP was exceptional throughout, from initial search to the last of the paperwork. Would highly recommend both the dealership and JP.

"Great service and friendly staff." Brought my 328 in for on oil change and received fast friendly service compliments of Gina. Since my 328 was approaching end of lease my wife and l went to talk with Vince about a deal on a new 2019 330 and he did not disappoint. This will be our fourth BMW with Maranello and so far have been very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommended.
"Amazing M Performance " John and Cassandra are amazing. Just picked up an X3 M40i and what an amazing experience. What an amazing machine with all the tech. I opted for the advanced driver assistance and the car will park itself! Thanks for all your help John!
"The right call" After leaving my vehicle in for service, I was offered a new X3 in exchange for a dirty rental that would have been given to me. I was very pleased with the customer service
"Excellent " Excellent as usual . The car was dropped off at 10 and ready before 12 . I could not ask for more from the service department . I was happy.
"Sale Service" Friendly, Helpful, knowledgeable customer service. They explain the car very detail. They follow up my order very good, and they fulfilled what I want. Also, the after service is excellent.
