"A very satisfied first service with BMW" I got an on call for a bug to fix, so, the first thing I would like to know its severity and urgency for the issue. During the appointment for the on call service, I got the proper answers I need. On the day to check in, I was also told that I actually need to do two on call services, so, one visit to do two services.
