It came back looking and running like new. Dropped off my wife’s X3 for seasonal oil change and he was honest enough to remind us that we had a 3 year oil change at no charge! "Covid Service at its Best " I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire exchange (summer tires ) and was greeted by Giuliano at service who enlightened me on the new protocal during these challenging times . I left my vehicle and was called 5 hours later that my car was ready . As Usual ...great service with a smile . Thank You Maranello BMW and thank you Giuliano !

"Tire Change" I had to get my tires changed from winter to summer. I had booked an appointment before the COVID-19 health emergency. The dealership phoned me before the appointment because they were unable to get the tires from storage due to employee shutdowns at the storage facility and then called me to rebook the appointment when the tires were retrieved. "Excellent safe and secure" Surprised to see that even on a busy morning, the staff were still brother cordious and efficient at least on the surface from what I can see. As I walked in for my appointment they dealt with please and started the work after signing my order. Yes of course these are dealership prices but it's not too bad.
