I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Maranello BMW dealership in Mississauga. We had traveled all the way from Ottawa for a critical meeting, only for our electric BMW to stop charging at multiple stations. When we brought the car to the dealership, we expected proper support given our full 24/7 coverage and insurance, but instead the staff were rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, and gave us the cold shoulder. Service advisor didn't honour the price they provided over the phone, was busy watching some video online and didn't bother to greet, terrible customer care

This place use to be great but the staff just plain don't care anymore. From car jockeys giving cars door dents to advisors not knowing where your car is they really don't give a crap
I don't recommend to take your car to this dealership for service. horrible experience with them.
$350+ for a simple oil change. This is an absurd price and all dealer mark up. You would think when you spend $130 grand on a vehicle that they wouldn’t rip you off on something as simple as an oil change. Especially when I was told it would be $200 which I also thought was rather expensive. Oh well, don’t go to the dealer for simple maintenance if you have to pay for it.
