Service is bad, they don't know how to examine the problem in the vehicle
Went in for service and they didn’t perform recall fix and or inform me
My family bought three BMWs from this dealership. 2013 BMW X5, 2015 BMW 328i GT and 2023 BMW X5. I always do my services at this dealership and spend lots of money there. Recently I had an issue with my 2015 BMW 328i GT N20 engine timing chain and timing guides. It's a prevalent issue with the plastic timing guides broken on this engine. I ask for help from the service department. Then they sent goodwill for me to BMW Canada to see if they could cover my parts for the repair. Last time I visited the customer service was unacceptable the service advisor did not show any respect for the customer, he kept me waiting for more than 45 minutes after my car was done, just blaming the issue to someone else 🙄 😕
I traded in a used Toyota in perfect condition and purchased a used range rover sport for $60k for which they passed safety on tires having 1 mm thread left on front tires and on top of that it makes a noise as if I'm driving an old tricycle, I took it back the next day to get the noise fixed along with a DPF issue, they fixed the DPF but didn't fix the noise; instead, I was given a speech on how I can't expect to get a used car in good condition, moreover they said the tires were fine, I requested a copy of the safety certi... read more
Horrible Customer Service. ..From the second I arrived for service to my final visit for a refund on $93.00 touch up paint credit. Never received a call to advise me my paint was in stock. Parts department only open 8-5 Mon- Friday, people who work need the weekend to pick up. Saturdays closed at noon. Poor Service
A 20 minute oil change took 4 hours and 15 minutes. No explanation besides “sorry we got backed up” 4 hours???
I was quoted a different price then what they ended up charging me and they tell me that I misunderstood. What happened to customer service?
It was not really great experience it would’ve been better if they wanted too I am can’t give 5 ⭐️
