I had a very bad experience with the service. Communication from the service department was very poor.
They told me they could not drain my brake fluid because my things were ceased. This is a BMW vehicle and BMW dealership could not figure it out. Unbelievable!
If there is rating for zero star I will choose that. Ridiculous experience in this new year of 2023 with my all of sudden black instrument penal. Brought the car made in 2018 to my dealer. After 1.5 hours waiting, I was told the penal should be replaced at cost of $4.2k. I asked if this is normal problem, the answer was no. For why this is happening, "no idea". Tried up selling services that were not required - then noted on the invoice client declined. 38,000 KMS, suv runs smoothly. Now this comment will be part of my servicing history. Management said the recommended work is not mandatory they do this for liability reasons and note the file. I went there for scheduled servicing and a sunroof recall - they said I needed a fluid injection cleaning and a wheel alignment- again 38,000 kms with no issues. I had a bad experience on the day my BMW X3 was delivered to me. Reasons include: I felt totally neglected, no body was prepared what to do for the delivery. I was told that I would get door light as gifts when I get the delivery. But on they day I was told it is not possible. There was no coordination among the staff, everybody seemed lost. I did not feel welcomed at all. Overall this is not a kind of experience one would expect from a luxury dealership.
Employee said he will call later the day I left my car, to let me know when will the car be ready but did not...tried to call him the next day to no avail, had to call the operator to get him on the phone.
The dealership ordered a tire for me, was told I had to wait a minimum of 10 days and they were unwilling to provide me with a loaner car and I found it very hard to believe that they couldn’t get the tire sooner. I will never return to this dealership again
Sales service is good Don’t take your car for Repear Is zero don’t buy any warranty from them worth nothing
They over charged me by putting extra parts that they did not install and I have a feeling my last visit has similar issue but I lost the receipt. I'll give it to them as charity as they might need the money more than me. Cheaters......
