Made an appointment two weeks in advance. 45 minutes after my arrival, Anna from Service advised that the part is out of stock and will arrive the next day so we had to reschedule. Anna offers a car wash for the trouble (I guess) and I accept. Almost an 1hr later and I go looking for Anna because I need to go. At this time I have waited in total close to 2hrs. Bought car from them January 2022. After purchase very bad service. Problem with car. Still problem. Nobody ready to listen. Trying to make money. Very disappointed sorry to say will never buy car from them. Don’t recommend anybody.
I live in Orangeville about 1 hour away from Maranrllo. I brought in my EXPENSIVE (BMW BRANDED) luggage system for my 2014 BMW R1200R. It was suppose to be in for a simple renewing of my locks to match my ignition. Got an email saying it is done but the latch is sticking "slightly". Drove down an hour the following day to pick it up. Side luggage was as it should be and done. The top luggage on the other hand Was completely butchered. The lock system wouldn't work as it should. After an initial dealer perceived “fix” to my issue (bought used 330 with moldy carpet) My issue was never resolved and I had to seek outside help to get it resolved. My numerous texts and phone calls were never returned. They were polite, but I’m sure they put me in a category of “undue complainer” and hoped I’d go away. I found answers to the problem in the internet and then a local shop. Buyer beware I suppose. Go over your car with a fine tooth comb before leaving the lot.
Disappointing experience … in spite of promise to fix they delivered me $70k car with defective ambient lighting… not happy at all
My overall experience was ok. Disappointed that they didn't wash my vehicle and told me their carwash machine was down..( no effort to wipe windows or camera sensors). Got into my car after paying and noticed the lights were still on... Small details that get noticed by the customer.
Tough environment to find a vehicle with desired features. Rick worked hard to get it done!
Taken my x1 there a few times in 18 months and have yet to have a good experience. Even trying to get someone to return a call rarely happens.
