My X1 bmw had service recall ,…I dropped off the vehicle and second day received it,…great service but the bad news no shuttle no replacement vehicle,…they offered me rental car on my own….it cost me with gas more than 50$
I called yesterday regarding coolant oil low. Spoke to OB she said Anna will call me back and no one called me regarding this issue. Its strange that i got my car oil changed last week and why am i getting signs for low oils.
I purchased 2014 BMW X3 from Maranello and since it was s certified series i also purchased the unlimited 4 year Platinum Warranty for an extra over $4K, as they indicated that it would cover everything like new car warranty does. A few months ago my passenger Tail light on the lift gate failed. I took the car in to Maranello and paid the inspection fee of $169 only to have them tell me that this is not covered under warranty. Went in to perform recall appt that I called to schedule and got confirmation text reminding me of my appointment. Got to dealer they advised I don’t have an appt . I showed the text and was able to get my appointment. They did not have shuttle service because of COVID. They said the car should be done I 3-4 hrs. After 4 hrs no call . I went back to the dealer was told nay another 45 minutes as they did not have update on my car. Under staffed, poor vehicle status updates, poor customer service. Don’t return phone messages. Unfortunately not recommending this dealership to my family or friends.
Did not fix the problem with my car got charged a 100 bucks for them to say there’s nothing wrong.. and the problem is still happening
Ask for appraisal for my existing vehicle and no shipping me got back to me
My third X series, no complaints very satisfied throughout the years with the service, sales and financial people I’ve felt with 👍.
