Karen Hart,our sales associate, was very helpful and guided us through all the options on products and financing. RecommendedAfter reviewing Marcella's available dishwashers on their website, husband and I chose a Whirlpool (we had luck with a previous Whirlpool also from Marcella's) and phoned the store to find out more about the machine. We spoke with Chris who expertly and quickly guided us through our purchase. Next, we will look for a new stove and microwave, both from Marcella's. Thank you, Chris!

RecommendedWonderful to work with! Our washing machine died and I called Marcella’s the next day, and they had one that met our needs and wasn’t overly expensive, unlike Lowe’s or Home Depot who had nothing under $850 in stock. Derrick was very helpful and knowledgeable! He got our washer ordered and we picked up from the warehouse a couple hours later! We will be back for future appliances!

RecommendedI had a great experience in the Clifton park showroom picking out a new dishwasher. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful setting up delivery and install. The 2 gentleman that came for the install were also very respectful and checked with me every step of the way to make sure it was set up to my satisfaction!
