Avoid this dealership. After spending $2,500...I was contacted that my vehicle had a recall for WINDSHIELD wiper issue...no charge. I brought the vehicle in and noticed that a couple of my "always going out" tire pressure gauges were shot so I ordered three replacements. I specifically pointed out the right front was GOOD and the other 3 were bad. Drop $500. Wanna get jerked around and sit for several hours waiting on your appointment, then this is the place for you. Service manager jerked us around for our appointment and then lied about it. Customer service in the service Dept is non existent. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes to speak to anyone as they were too involved in ordering lunch. Spoke to Sales Manager about the issue and dealership couldn’t be bothered to reach out this week to rectify situation. As it stands Marine Chevrolet has lost my business.

Bought my own car off lease…they offered extended service contract.. and I declined.. went home and to my surprise 800$ contract plus interest was there…went back and they supposedly corrected it… waiting for the paperwork from the lender to see if it was… and if not ..a legal action will be taken… STAY AWAY …can not to be trusted

This is by far the worst auto mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. The service advisors are unprofessional and dishonest. They will tell you one thing and deny it to cover their own behind. I wish I had done more research before utilizing their service as they have a 3-star rating and it seems that most agree with the dissatisfaction of the service department and their service advisors.

The salesman we worked with was aggressive with moving the sale forward and was untruthful when it came to the paperwork. While filling out paperwork, he attempted to get my signature without me reading the document. I had to call him out on it. When I asked to read what I was signing for, I found that I was signing my rights away to a vehicle inspection. That was contrary to what he said I was signing for. I purchased a car from their website and they called me to come in and confirm the deal. After I provided everything they needed, they said Oops we had a paperwork error, the car has been reserved for someone else. Can we sell you something else? Buyer beware.
