Poor handling of Maintance garage, and business practices. 11am Appt. from my observations my truck did not get pulled in to approximately 2 PM get started working on an AC compressor change tire change and oil change. At 2:15 the service rep comes to tell me they already sold the tires they quoted me on at 11 AM. And tried to up sale me a different tire. It sounds like it looks like the overbooked their garage due to poor scheduling. 4.5 hrs later still not ready! More than likely will not be getting service from her... read more

Right now one of your employees is about to be in serious hot water. Because of her entire approach with everything. First, back in September 2020, she sells a brand new grey Chevy Malibu, which she talked me into getting so hard. Disclaimer: I worked at Marine Chevrolet for four weeks (Feb-Mar 2021). This is based on my experience and what I saw while working there. Upon leaving the company I had a meeting (which was voice recorded) with the manager of the sales team (John Yun) and the overall manager (Michael Hoops) to inform them of the immoral, unethical, and safety violations going on in their store. The management could be better about returning phone calls and ensuring customer satisfaction with safety. We’ve done nothing wrong but purchase a vehicle that has had multiple problems leaving myself and family stranded on the highway and the management here at marine could care less. Particularly Mr Steven, with sales and Mr Yun the GM. I’ve owned the vehicle for 10 days and it has been in the shop for 7 of the days and is needing to return to the shop once again. Burton who is head of financing, spent over 30 min on the phone with me explaining exactly what happens when you let someone use you for credit. I'm not even a customer of his but.......my daughter tried to be. I can't thank this gentlemen enough for taking time out of his busy schedule to actually calm my nerves. I felt so much better after talking with him. Although I'm devastated with it all, I know I will get through this!!! Hellava Young Man!!!! Have had several good sales experiences as well as service but the most recent service trip was anything but good. My Cadillac was riding very rough with a "wooble" when over 45mph. I had her towed since it was uncomfortable to drive. I was told that I had a bent rim and also a cv axle needing replacement. The cv axle was covered by the warranty, I purchased a replacement rim and delivered it for installation. Teach their service department staff to be courteous instead of rude. Teach them to not lie to customers about needed services and time of pickup. I was completely dismayed that I was provided misinformation, received dirty looks from a technician who simply glared while I was waiting, hung up by the staff and not given information relevant to service performed on my vehicle, prior receiving paperwork. I had negative customer service each time I went in or called.

Me and my wife went to marine Chevy and bought a car from them then after a year we went to trade it in. So we sat down with Daniel and we went in to get a Kia and after test driving it they told us we couldn’t get that car. So then they said the only car we could get was a used 2018 Nissan Sentra we test drove it on this little road, they didn’t let us go on the main road with it.
