Never take your car here for service. I’m filing a complaint with NC DOJ consumer protection agency -as I’ve had to pay over $800 on an airbag light issue (and when the airbag light comes on, the airbags don’t work if you’re in a crash) that came on twice in less than two weeks. Same diagnostic code and same exact area as the first issue when the light came on TWO DAYS after paying $585!! And guess what?? This was my tire last night thanks to Marine Chevrolet and their shoddy service department. Perfectly good front tire had a nail in it. While they repaired it the tire bubbles. Mysteriously after the repair. They take no accountability for it. Also I should mention car was purchased here... WITH NO SPARE TIRE. NONE... this is standard they say. So I’m left stranded with a blown out tire and zero accountability. Thanks Marine Chevrolet.

My sales experience was very professional; however, my two experiences with the Service Department have not been professional. The Service Advisors, at best, seem uniformed and not knowledgeable of their products, and at worst, simply incompetent. I will never make another appointment at this Dealerships Service Department.

A bunch of dishonest sales people here. My husband bought a truck here in March. Asked about previous location of the truck. Specifically asked if it was from up North. They said no it was not. He had looked at a lot of trucks previously that had come from northern states that had really bad rust issues due to the salt they put on the roads. False advertisement if I’ve ever seen it. Drove from out of town to look at a few trucks that I found on their website. They advertise trucks with the full package, with pictures, (lift,etc.) but post the price of a basic truck without the package. Why not post the price of the actual truck being advertised, completely unprofessional. They 100% know what they’re doing. $20,000 dollar pricing difference between the website and the actual dealership.

I came here to get my vehicle looked at and that alone cost me $240 to turn around and tell me I was going to have to pay $6000 on repairs and replacement for my transmission. Turn around to a local shop and they serviced the transmission and tested it and turns out it doesn’t need replacing. Support your local shops and save yourself 6k.

I’ve dealt with this business on multiple occasions trying to order parts and there is one particular parts rep that always seems to have an attitude or that we are bothersome. Wayne has always been a great help in finding what we need, I can’t remember this particular employees name at the moment but he is always very short and blunt in our conversations and makes it seem like giving them our money is a nuisance.

My child had the worst first time car buyer experience here. Was in the office with Steve for 7 1/2 hours. Then had to come back to sign more paperwork and waited another hour. And told her at that time he hoped she did not have to come again. This is unacceptable. Called the place and the guy who talked to me sounded like he could care less. we recently took our porsche boxster s here to sell it.. they told us kbb was only 7k.. what a joke! they offered us 10k. another joke.. we just sold it for 21k. do NOT trust these people! they are in it to rip you off!
