Made a appointment Wednesday to see a car today at 11am was confirmed several times and they knew I was coming from out of town . They even confirmed at 8:40 am this same morning that I was coming . Drove all the way there directly after phone call to be called at 9:52 am to tell me it sold and left the lot an hour ago. I know I made no formal commitment because I won’t with out me or my husband seeing the vehicle first hand but that was rude and very dishonest. $80 to relearn my keyfob for my truck? You guys have lost your minds. An OBD2 programmer and 2 key fobs from Dorman for $50 plus the ability to program more later and do it for my friends. Guess who is getting my money. 🤷‍♂️

They called me 3 times after I looked online at their inventory. They verified that I was coming and what time. I drove 40 miles to see the 2 trucks that they said they had with the equipment that I wanted. (Factory Hitch installed) When I arrived at the time we had set up, the person that I talked to, nor the manager would even come out. I talked to another salesman only to find out that they only had 1 of the trucks discussed, and it did not have my required equipment installed. Third time might be a charm, but I won’t be finding out. During the first visit, we were browsing the lot; we hopped in an unlocked vehicle. Said vehicle had stickers on it, implying it was for sale. A salesman came rushing out, all but using a shooing motion, telling us to get out, as it was a sold vehicle. He was not apologetic, nor polite, in his approach. My salesperson who helped me was AMAZING. But the rest of the dealership did not match up to her promises. We traded in a brand new car, told them our bottom line price we were willing to spend, and said we absolutely did not want a higher APR loan than what we currently had. They did sort of match our bottom line price - but they didn’t tell us about the warranty we would have to purchase. Okay. Let me start this review by saying the purchase of my car was fast, smooth, honest, and pleasant. The sales team was great. My 1 star rating comes from my latest experience with the service department. I took my car in (from 1 hour away) and left it with them for 48 hours. They had a list of 4-5 things to do/check on. The window tinting was done - it looks great. The oil change was done. The left blinker was out and there is some computer glitch there, but that wasn’t done. Service dept is beyond inadequate. Does nothing to inform customer of problems. Truck was in their shop for 3 days before I called and requested info. Two days later. No truck. Maybe I should look into lemon laws. So disappointed I don’t even know what to do

I had the worst experience at this dealership. I went for an oil change and ended up with damage to my vehicle. Management refused to fix the problem and I was sent on my way. I was planning on filling out a survey but I conveniently did not receive one after this service. I will never go back or buy a vehicle from them. They are just awful!
