I had my engine replaced there November 2020. First, when I went to pick up my vehicle, the battery was dead and they were trying to charge me for it when they were supposed to be fixing everything and anything and submitting it to my insurance. Phil Brown went out of his way to attempt to overcharge his customer. If he is screwing over active duty Marines, I'm sure he is ok with screwing every customer he comes in contact with. When confronted with his overcharging, he blamed the parts dept...then proceeded to continue to lie untill he was presented with the GM MSRP pricing on parts.... Avoid Phil Brown, and perhaps Marine Chevrolet at all costs.....or until Phil has been terminated.

I would never do business or recommend anybody to business with Marine Chevrolet. If you do, make sure you pick your vehicle, because all sales are final. You are stuck with it. And they’ll lie to your face telling you that they’ll only make so much on the deal when in fact they will make 300% more off of your vehicle than what you could make just selling your vehicle out right. My son bought a used car from them. He looked at it the day it was listed and they said oh it isn't actually ready. Over a week later they said we'll you can test drive and buy even though it isn't ready. We paid in cash, the machine counted the money as less than we had counted and it took them 4 days to call and say they didn't find the missing money (yes, we could have counted wrong-but they should not have taken 4 days to reconcile it), they took it back for a repair job and told him it had been painted and would be rea... read more

Beware of the advertising tactics. Had five Tahoes in our price point showing available on their website. Drove down and they only had one their 20k more expensive. They claim GM handles all the online inventory. Hard to trust a company that advertises one thing just to get you on the showroom floor ***update after speaking with them I was assured a sales manager would call me….guess what has not happened***

Lack of communication within the company as well as with clients. Be prepared to pay $130 just to diagnose every issue you need fixed on your vehicle.
