The seminar provided some great insights to how human psychology and physiology play a critical role in weight loss. I have started out great and know that it’s still up to me to make good choices. I do enjoy having less cravings and getting full by grazing. This program showed me a much easier way to get fit and stay healthy.

I'm giving the seminar 4 stars because rhe hypnotist was great. He really really was. Sadly by the time I got to the car I have never wanted a cigarette and oddly enough a candy bar so bad in my entire life. It didnt work for me, I expected it didn't work when questions where asked and I didnt know the answers or my answer was differnt from the rest of the room. Maybe I'm one of the 3% or maybe licking ashtrays is somehow appealing to me. I wanted it to work, I tried and I dont blame the host. He helped lots of people ... read more
