RecommendedThe seminar taught me many things, but considering it's only been a day I can't say if had worked. I don't feel different & still have the cravings. I am trying to fight the urges, but again don't feel any different. I was shocked about the vitamins & the price. When I told the assistant I was going to pay in 2 installments, but after seeing my cc receipt he charged me the full price. So I wouldn't recommend him doing sales transactions in the future. I attended the weight loss seminar yesterday. The presenter was very knowledgeable and friendly. He taught me a lot of nutrional information that I didn’t know and I was surprised at some of the foods that are “health” foods, but actually can make you gain weight. I also learned about the best types of exercise to do when trying to lose weight. Even when I reach my goal weight, I will continue doing what I am doing because this is a healthy lifestyle. This was a great presentation.
