Just started my journey. But so far its been good. Helped me resist the junk food I have been ravishing on. Room was a little too cold. Presentation was good. So far I believe its working.

Jeff provided easy to understand science behind how the body functions and how simple changes to a daily routine can help me reach my goal. Our grandmas did know a thing or two about healthy eating. Jeff had an absolutely wonderful seminar for us here in St Louis Missouri..... life changing! I attended BOTH the weight loss session and the quit smoking session. Jeff's knowledge and education on the topic of health was inspiring and provided me with so much wisdom I had never known. I found great value in the education part of the seminar as well as a great addition to the hypnosis. REALLY WORKS!!!!! Can't wait to bring back family and friends! ������

I attended the stop smoking seminar 3-Days ago. The seminar was run by Larry, (which in my mind did a very good job.) I have not smoked since. It’s still not an easy task, but taking it day-by-day. The only suggestion would be to enhance communication prior to seminar. I walked in to find two long lines, people with papers in hand and no seminar personnel (or signs) at the back advising. I had a person tell me to go to the front of the line and get a form. I was preregistered and still had to fill out paperwork. Then one lin... read more
