My husband and I had our seminar in Geneva NY with Pat. Pat was very informative and used humor to make our experience fun. We truly enjoyed our night, and are on our way to a healthier life style. Thank you Pat!!!!!

My speaker was Larry, who I really liked. After reading some of the reviews here, I can say with certainty that although he very highly recommended the supplements, he made it clear they were NOT a mandatory purchase! I did get them. I don't know if the hypnosis really worked for me, but this weekend will be the true test. Either way, I'm looking forward to my success, however it comes, and I will definitely be attending the seminar the next time it's in my area for reinforcement!

So far so good. Drinking water like a camel. Have not wanted any sweets or chips. Small portions fill me up. Have been eager to walk every day.
