It was a great educational and eye opening experience. I feel great , I am not struggling with making positive changes in my eating habits , it comes very easy now . I had given up some foods and losing before I went to the seminar however it was a struggle to be healthy. I love my outlook on my goals now they seem so easy to reach now
Absolutely a great experience, the information with the teaching tool provided about our muscles insulin was very important. Working in the health care field this part of the seminar was very important!
