Rashaune was outstanding assisting with difficult issues purchasing this parcel such as spring water and septic tank. She went above and beyond by putting me in touch with the right people to assist in my decision. I am very very particular and Rashaune was extremely understanding and patient. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Rashaune and her attention in the selling of my home. Thanks to Rashaune’s diligence, patience and getting to know her clients, we are now the proud owners of a mountain get-away (our tree-house cabin). We live out-of-state but had met Rashaune 9 months earlier when we were on vacation. We toured a few homes with her, but none were a “fit”.
