Marty is very experienced. We listed our Home in a slow moving area. We fully expected to have a long wait to find a Buyer. To our delight we had an offer and contract in 3 days. Marty Kimsey is a top notch real estate agent and truly just a nice/decent human being. Marty is the best agent in western North Carolina. He knows the market and will be 100% honest in his assessments. I couldn't recommend anyone better than him. Marty was able to really analyze the market our property was in and this allowed us to know what our sales price should be. We were able to see where we stood with all similar properties. In addition Marty took a unique approach to listing the properties we wanted to sell in multiple ways. Grouping some lots together and preparing for a multiple lot auction.
