Very helpful with current listings but also monitored new to market listings that kept us up to date. The home we purchased hit the market the same day we toured the property and made our offer. Very helpful with local area and contractors needed for a new home purchase as well. Responsiveness is key for me and Rashaune responded many times after hours and weekends. Top notch Realitor and I have purchased over 12 homes in my life so this is not my first Relator. Will ask for her again...

Rashaune did a fantastic job of finding us great properties to choose from. She really knows the area. Good response time when you realize that the other parties are on mountain time (slow), but she kept after them till we got our answers.

Rashaune surpassed every expectation I had! The marketing material she prepared for my property was excellent and on point! Her knowledge of the market and the sales process were very helpful! She answered all of my questions in a quick and professional manner! My property was listed for approximately 3.5 days (84 Hours) with 5 showings and an offer which I accepted! Bottom line... Rashaune was fantastic. Very helpful, honest and made our search easy and pleasant. Rashaune went way and beyond to make us comfortable. She knew exactly what we wanted. We went to North Carolina with a time limit and she made sure we saw as much properties as we could within that time. Very organized. Loved her!
