Marty Kimsey came very highly recommended to you. My sisters and I were planning to sell a property in the mountains which was in a trust left by our Mother. We were unfamiliar with the area. Marty went far beyond duty in selling my parents home. I live in Ohio and the home was in N. Carolina. Marty took care of a lot of things that I couldn't. The advertising was amazing! Beautiful photos! The house sold for more than I expected. I would use Marty again as my realtor and recommend him highly to others!

We contracted through Marty Kimsey Realty to buy acreage that was in an estate. It turned out to be a lengthy process but Marty knew we really wanted the land and was with us every step of the way, making it happen for us. We are very grateful to him and his persistence in contacting all the parties involved in this endeavor to enable us to be the new owners of 7.5 acres of beautiful mountain land!!

Marty is very experienced. We listed our Home in a slow moving area. We fully expected to have a long wait to find a Buyer. To our delight we had an offer and contract in 3 days. We closed on the specified date. We had many questions about the process as it moved along. Marty was right there for us to answer anything we needed. As a "non-local" seller, I relied on Marty for regular updates as well as connecting me with local vendors that could do repairs/improvements needed in order to sell the property.
