After 3 other realtors and 5 years later (as well as trying to sell our property ourselves) we finally found someone that sold our place in a short time period, Marty Kimsey. Marty's experience, knowledge, and temperament came into play and we are so pleased that we selected him. I have made this recommendation before. What happened to it? Marty is very knowledgeable about real estate in Macon County North Carolina & surrounding areas. I followed his advise and we were successful making a sale. I had the house for sale with other agents but was not successful. Marty made it happen.

I have used Marty as both a buyer's and seller's agent and he has done a great job in both instances. He is very knowledgeable of the local market. He listed and sold a lot for me and also helepd me to buy a home for rental purposes. I have also been both a buyer and seller using his auction company.

I have been both a buyer and a seller of multiple vacant land and residential properties with Marty Kimsey for over ten years now. He even allowed me to use his personal furniture to stage a house I had for a quicker sale for the most money! My husband and I were very impressed with the Kimsey Agency. Marty Kimsey personally oversaw the listing, sale, and finalization of the sale of our home. We were very happy that he negotiated the best possible price for our home. He consistently kept us updated on the progress of the showings (there were a lot!) and that the response time to our questions came almost immediately (1 hour max). Couldn't get my house sold through a local Realtor in Hayesville so I contacted Marty to sell it by possible auction or local listing. Marty was from adjoining county and is familiar with the Hayesville area so we listed it prior to putting up for auction.
