RecommendedChad was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. I was really impressed with his knowledge, and I really felt comfortable having him in my home. I also like knowing that they will always try to send the same plumber, so I get to build a relationship with my repairman instead of having a stranger every time. It's an old fashioned touch that makes a difference.

My kitchen drain was a nightmare. We tried everything to unclog it on our own. My husband finally gave up! So I called Mastertech on my lunch break. They were very nice and got me set up with Chad at the time I requested. He got here within a few minutes of the appointed time and got right to work asking questions. Thank you for taking care of my yucky backed up sewer problem. Everyone was courteous, professional and I was given exact pricing before any work began. All within a couple hours of me calling in, my life was back to normal. :)
Corey R was very helpfull & explained what needed to be done to stop the leak under my kitchen sink. I will certainly request that MasterTech sends him to my home whenever I need service, he represents you well. Corey was very knowledgeable about MasterTech services, very polite, very friendly & not to mention the fact that he is a new father to beautiful little Olivia.
Chad Vollrath was the tech to help us and he was very pleasant to deal with. He explained ,in detail, how he thought was the best way to get our water heater up and working again. He fixed our problem in short order and we're very happy with the results. We will definately call Master Tech again IF we have any more problems.
