RecommendedCJ and Garrett did a great job on our furnace tune up. CJ took time to go over everything with me, including programming our furnace and making sure I understood how to do it myself. He also explained the things they did during the tune up, let me know about other special deals I could get through MasterTech, went over necessary safety information and that I could call anytime with questions. I appreciate their professionalism and how thorough they were with their service and information.
I called to get a furnace tune up. Corey R. was knowledgeable & professional. He answered all my questions and gave me all of the information I needed.
CJ did a great job all around. He was precise, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He listened while I talked about my thoughts on the furnace. When he finished, he explained exactly what he found and what he did to fix the problem. He also gave me his opinion about the few concerns I was having which really set my mind at ease. I would ask for him to come back again if I ever have a problem. Thank you CJ for all your help and expertise. A job very well done.
