Matt was very helpful throughout our entire refinance process. He promptly responded to emails and phone calls and it didn't seem to matter what time it was, which says a lot considering how busy the real estate and mortgage industry is right now. I had a clear expectation of what the process would look from the very beginning and it was smooth the entire time.
