Updated on Feb 2021- Matt has helped me now a total of 3 times in the past 18 months: purchasing my home and 2 re-fis. He has made all three transactions as tress- free and as easy as possible. Matt was awesome. I've owned several homes over the years and this is my final refi. Great rate and fees through Costco mortgage program. Matt was terrific to work with. It was easier than grocery shopping. What a great experience!

It was a new experience for us and I'll admit a bit scary...who is this lender, do they know what they are doing, can I trust them with personal information. Matt answered all my calls, emails, and texts. He was knowledgeable and timely. Loan went through quickly and smoothly. I was able to forward to Matt my scanned and downloaded information and and e-sign all but the final in-person (notary) docs.
