This is the 2nd time that I have worked with Matt. I originally found him through Costco Refinance when my wife and I wanted to get rid of our PMI. With the rates plummeting even more in America we decided to reduce our rate and combine a few debts and Matt made this process seamless yet once again. Matt was patient with all my questions and was professional throughout the process. There was a slight response delay once or twice but with the volume of refinance loan traffic right now it is understandable and I would bet his response time was better than most. This was the second time I've refinanced with Matt. Think that says it all.

Matt was great to work with! I don't know if everybody asks as many questions as me, but Matt was patient and timely with all of his answers. Being a businessman myself and being used to looking my clients in their eyes and shake their hands made me a bit nervous about doing business online and over the phone. NBKC and Matt made this a non-issue with their streamlined process and Matt's availability to me at all times! I can recommend Matt & NBKC without reservation.
