First, I went with NBKC because Costco recommends them and they had the best rates. Matt contacted me right away and provided all the information I asked for even though I had not yet committed to going with them. If you have never used an "On-line bank" before for a mortgage like me, I was a little hesitant. Matt was able to answer all of my questions and made the whole process as easy as possible. NBKC and especially Matt Crall handled our loan process quickly and professionally. Matt's communication was timely and accurate. We had to close on two properties simultaneously but with Matt's attentiveness all went off without a hitch. The best loan experience ever. I can't recommend him more.
