Loved my trainer and the session. It's a great workout. It's just a lot more expensive than I'd feel recommending to others.

It's totally different from a gym. It has a program that an elderly or disabled person can use. The environment is less stressful. I haven't had my first session yet so I may have more to say afterwards.

The staff at Max Strength Fitness is the best! As a 62-year-old man that is taking fitness seriously for the 1st time in his life, I can honestly say that it is better late than never to begin investing your time and money to work on improving your fitness. As an example, I have been playing golf for 50 years, and now at age 62, I am performing better than ever!
