Let me start by saying that we had a great first half to our car buying experience. The dealership had been recommended to us by a friend so we had higher than normal expectations. Jimelle was helpful and friendly, but had some challenges answering some of our questions. But, he knew exactly who to call in and Risa was extremely helpful, and she was able to go into more detail on some of the answers we needed before we could make a decision.
