The staff of the Mazda of Claremont were very friendly and extremely helpful. Especially Lorne Sallis, he helped us through the process, helped us find the car we wanted and got us the best deal we could ask for. We are very grateful for all his help.

I ordered mud flaps for my CX-5, paid for them and was never called that they had arrived. Also, I did not receive a car wash. The service has always included a car wash and I always look forward to seeing my car clean when I arrive. No explanation as to why. When the car was ready for pickup no call came to notify. However, the rep said they’re working on their system. My husband and I rushed to get there just before they closed and disappointed again about car not being being washed.
