Not enough communication about the status of my car. Blaming battery problems on me leaving the headlights on (which I did not do) is sexist & not appreciated.

Thought this dealership is very nice & clean it definitely is not family friendly. The cars may be but there are no changing tables in any of the restrooms. A mother’s or family room would be very much appreciated to change and nurse babies. Staff is very kind and friendly but Mazda should keep mothers and families in mind when designing the facility so that we all feel welcomed.
