Review is for the Service Center. ——————————————————- With this location being new I wasn’t sure what to expect. This was my best experience in bringing in my cars for service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Roy and George, both were able to help in servicing both my Mazda 3 & CX-9 on the same day. They were very knowledgeable and their team finished in a timely manner. I would definitely come back and I would recommend asking for either Roy or George. Thank you guys!
From my First phone and interaction, it was a pleasant experience. I had an issue with my vehicle that was a warranty job. They were very helpful and provided the information to move forward. George was my point of contact, and the only individual I needed to work with. I really enjoyed the service, and the staff. This is my go to place for future services and vehicle purchases. They had a good amount of vehicles to choose from and the staff was very friendly. The only issue I would report that almost caused us to leave was the back and forth about the cost. We had emailed and checked on line and when we came in the numbers started off much higher.
New dealer that had new cars on the lot and available. Salesperson was very helpful during and after the purchase where he helped move items from old to new vehicle. The finance and final closing had no surprises.
Stephanie Diaz was the best. She got me what I was looking for. Quick experience from beginning to drive off, less than 3 hours. That is meet and greet, test drive, finance app, negotiations (know what you're willing to pay BEFORE you go in), and finance dept dance and doc signing. Overall good experience. I had a great experience. I was lucky to be seen right away and the service was fast. The service center looked very premium-unlike other service centers I've been before. The dealership felt very clean and Roy and George were kind and welcoming. The bar has been set high.
It was a Fast and straight forward transaction. Simon was a knowledgeable salesman and took extra time to personally show all features of the car.
