We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff at the dealership were all very professional and treated us very well. We especially appreciated our salesman Ross who was at our side until the deal was completed and beyond. He even followed us home to pick up our title and and our check since we didn’t he our checkbook with us. My wife and I have been very happy with our Mazda 3. Couldn’t he asked for a better experience.

Colin Alyssa riza was amazing. Highly recommended would tell people to go there to purchase their vehicle. Everyone was professional and nice.

Horrible service. No greeting. Waited 3 hours for an oil change. No apology or explanation.

I had an appointment for 11:30am for an oil change and inspection. It took almost three hours to complete! I was there with my toddler waiting for my car. It has never taken that long before. Very stressful.

They Lied to me what the problem was with my car, it was not a "timing chain leak". I took it to another trusted mechanic and he said that wasn't what was leaking, as I suspected and even told them it wasn't oil that was leaking. My mechanic looked at it and said it wasn't AC condensation. They wanted to charge almost $2000, to fix it. They also were way overpriced with the tires, Costco had great tires, prices and didn't charge for installation. I’ll start off by saying it was my first time at this dealership I usually take my car to Fontana of Mazda to get serviced but since Claremont is closer to where I live I thought I’d give this location a try. The issue with my car was the catalytic converter and it took almost 2 weeks for them to have my car ready. The thing that really did it for me was that they didn’t have the courtesy to give my car a wash!
