Brand new 2025 Mazda CX-50 with faulty air conditioner, and scratches all over the vehicle. I asked if optional items were on the vehicle and was told YES, but it wasn't. The driver drove the vehicle from Claremont to Bellflower in the heat on a Friday afternoon, but according to Nick perhaps he didn't use the air conditioner (40 miles). Now three days after receiving this vehicle, it's in the shop for repair and I'm paying out of pocket to get some of the options I wanted on this vehicle.

Didn’t like being forced to pay $1000 for some “clear coat” I was told was already applied to the car and couldn’t be removed

My third time at the service, also needed replacement for a flat tire, so I replaced both tires, that was another appointment but at the reception they were kind enough to squeeze me in in one visit. However this time was not very pleasant, first the reception area was out of water and in the span ot 3 hrs, nobody came to replenish it despite numerous people came to check and left without water. Worst experience buying a car I have ever had. High pressure with the sales person hounding me throughout the time I was there. Had surprise extras that were forced added to the cost. Lied about wear on tires. Some include items were missing vital parts. They are awful. Do not buy a used car from them.

Non responsive to car issue. Leased a new CX 90 on Sunday had an issue with the trunk latch two days later. Still trying to book an appointment to correct.
