I waited 3 plus hours for an oil change with an appointment when I should have only waited 30 minutes.

Our Mazda CX 30 was delievered filthy Cig ashes and grass inside vehicle..Poor Service
Mazda claimed that the Oil and filter in the used car I bought were changed but they were not. The oil was black and only half the capacity. They also claimed that the car where cleaned and detailed but there were sand underneath the seat and around the console and they have all this in writing. They also said that the car was inspected by a professional mechanic but who knows if that was true?

Purchased a car and they didn’t wash the exterior or interior. Never have I purchased a vehicle without it getting cleaned inside and out before sold to me. Extremely disappointed!

Lorne was very helpful and informative, he knew the ins and outs of the vehicle very well, he was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the dealer did not do their part very well, I am located in Phoenix, Arizona and had reserved the car over the phone with another salesman, I arranged to fly in and pick the car up first thing on Saturday morning 1/11. My experience with the sales associate and the sales manager was terrific. The lady that did the paperwork was terrible. She was not attentive and kept saying things that was inappropriate.

Did not want to listen to the dangerous problem we were having with our CX-9. The entire car shut down at 75 miles per hour in the freeway 5 times. The first time we paid to have this fixed as we were told it was a computer glitch. The second time we brought it in we were told there was nothing wrong with the car, except for minor repairs (like brakes, tires and shocks) that had nothing to do with this safety issue. I feel like I was not truly valued as a customer at this dealership because some of my concerns were disregarded and overlooked.
